Mechanical Comfort, Inc., was founded in 1978 on the basis that the Detroit-Metro area was in need of a good “service-oriented” HVAC contractor to handle the special requirements that relate to the commercial-industrial-institutional service market. The same degree of enthusiasm and personalized customer attention that helped build our company is still present today and has attributed to our success and fine reputation.

Service is our PRIMARY function – not a secondary necessity, as with construction oriented companies. Our growth is attributed to our ability to be responsive to our customer’s needs and our desire to provide the highest quality of service with very competitive rates. Naturally, prompt service is of the utmost importance to our customers and we take great pride in our excellent response time.

We are an aggressive, growing, unique organization. Every customer is important to us. We’re versatile enough to take on any size or type of project, small enough to bring enthusiastic personal involvement to each job, and sophisticated enough to appreciate the challenge of exceptionally complex problems. By utilizing the knowledge, experience and technical expertise of our professional staff, a total-team effort is brought to your project. Our skilled service technicians are backed by the latest in testing equipment and instrumentation, enabling us to analyze your system properly and solve your problems accurately and efficiently. Constant training is an ongoing effort of Mechanical Comfort, to assure you of receiving the best techniques available.

In a competitive market, we strive to be more than just an ordinary contractor. We place a high value on good customer relationships and make a concentrated effort to achieve them. We specialize in being the “Problem Solvers” and maintain a fine reputation for our high standards of service and performance.

Mechanical Comfort, Inc., was the first NOVAR CONTROLS CORPORATION, Logic One Direct Digital Control Building Management System authorized dealer in Michigan, having begun that relationship in 1983. Our building automation installations include several school districts, commercial office buildings, industrial facilities and government buildings. We also install and service Honeywell building systems and service many other systems as well. All design, engineering and control drawings are done in-house with complete Auto Cad capabilities by a staff of highly skilled and trained personnel.

We are confident that we can provide the high quality of service and response time that you require and ultimately save you many dollars in service repair costs. We would appreciate the opportunity to handle your heating, air conditioning and control work and look forward to developing a strong, long lasting relationship with you.
